ROLE SUMMARY

The SOC Intern role is structured to provide hands-on exposure within customer support operations, ticket handling, incident follow-up, and service delivery processes within the ISP and telecommunications environment. The intern will support the SOC team in day-to-day operational activities while gaining practical workplace experience.

THE INTERNSHIP INTENDS TO:

• Support day-to-day SOC operational activities.
• Enhance ticket follow-up and customer communication support.
• Provide graduate trainees with practical ISP operational exposure.
• Support customer experience and service delivery processes.
• Build a future technical and operational talent pipeline for the organization

REQUIRMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduate awaiting graduation seeking internship exposure.
• Basic understanding of networking and customer support operations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitude.
