Services Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain contracts with third-party suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor contract costs, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.
  • Manage databases and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative documentation and related paperwork.
  • Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and management reports.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Ensure supplier contracts are current, properly documented, and securely maintained.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of contractors by ensuring all required documentation and approval processes are completed.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial and operational data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to support efficient service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business administration, contract administration, cost control, finance support, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience using ERP systems will be an added advantage.
