JOB DETAILS:

We’re looking for friendly, energetic Shop Attendants to join our Bubbly family!
Enjoy making people happy, have great attention to details and handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

We’d love to have you on our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
• Guide guests through our menu and help them choose their perfect treat.
• Handle orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately.
• Ensure product display and counters are always clean, fresh, and well-stocked.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all customer and service areas.
• Support the team with packaging, labeling, and restocking products.
• Handle cash, payments, and receipts responsibly.
• Communicate customer feedback or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or café environments.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-driven personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer or POS handling knowledge.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible to work weekends or holidays.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
