Take ownership of a crucial client-facing role managing the company’s state-of-the-art Simpro CRM system. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, field teams, and management, orchestrating a dynamic workflow of construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client communication and scheduling through the Simpro CRM platform
  • Handle 20-30 professional client calls daily, coordinating project timelines and requirements
  • Process and organize incoming service requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • Schedule and coordinate field team deployments for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and project status updates
  • Participate in daily check-ins with management to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Generate and distribute relevant reports to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
  • Assist in continuous improvement of CRM processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Proven experience with Simpro CRM
  • Professional phone manner and outstanding customer service orientation
  • Experience in construction, trade, or service industry preferred
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new software platforms
