Job Summary

We are looking for competent and experienced Site Agents to join our team for our new upcoming projects.

The Site Agents will be responsible for interpreting drawings including architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings on behalf of the company for different projects. They will also help with the monthly programming of work.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Site Management

I. Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.

II. III. Formulate, update, maintain, and distribute the project program

Manage the sub-contractors & and coordinate both nominated & and domestic sub-contractors.

IV. Coordinating and supervising construction workers

2. Reporting and Key Relationships

I. Liaise with consultants i.e. Architects, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers for details.

II. III. Attends site meetings & and keeps essential site documents & and records

Accompanying clients during site visits and answering questions about the construction project’s overall progress and changes; working closely and consulting with clients all through the project lifecycle

IV. Create site harmony by resolving any emerging conflicts in consultation with Project Managers

3. Safety and Standards

I. II. III. Be responsible for quality and proper building practices and engineering

Be permanently on-site during working hours to give guidance and prevent defects.

Setting and enforcing standards for each job site and ensuring that contractors and crews follow proper safety guidelines

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering from a reputable university

 A solid understanding of project management

 A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience. Experience in both Building & construction will be an added advantage.

 High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

 Good leadership and teamwork skills to guide contractors, subcontractors, and teams of workers
