JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Own and manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Plan and shoot in-store and product content — photos, reels, stories, and UGC-style videos
- Engage the community — respond to comments, DMs, and build genuine audience relationships
- Identify and onboard UGC creators and micro-influencers for brand collaborations
- Track and report weekly on content performance — reach, engagement, saves, and conversions
- Support in-store activations and events with live coverage and content capture
- Stay current on beauty trends, Kenyan social culture, and platform algorithm changes
