Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client in the construction and real estate sector, is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to strengthen brand visibility and elevate digital engagement.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s online narrative across Meta and TikTok, driving content strategy, and ensuring that every communication whether on social media or within company newsletters reflects industry trends and a strong brand voice.
What You Will Do
As a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating the company’s Meta and TikTok pages
- Creating compelling visual and written content tailored to the construction/real estate audience
- Writing and distributing engaging company newsletters
- Monitoring digital trends and analyzing audience engagement
- Supporting planning and execution of paid social media campaigns
- Collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and leadership teams to maintain consistent messaging
- Tracking content performance and producing actionable reports
Your work will directly contribute to strengthening brand presence and driving meaningful interactions with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who demonstrates both creativity and strategic thinking someone who understands what it takes to build and sustain digital communities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts
- Strong writing skills, especially for newsletters and digital content
- A strong grasp of digital trends, content strategy, and analytics
- Familiarity with social media advertising and engagement techniques
- The ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively
