We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
