JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the face and voice of our brand – appear in front of the camera for reels, tutorials, gift features, and more
- Record voiceovers for videos with engaging storytelling
- Take high-quality photos and videos of gift products, hampers, flowers, and décor
- Style and creatively present products for shoots and reels
- Plan and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp
- Build and engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and campaigns
- Come up with creative marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine's, Mother’s Day, Corporate Gifting)
- Track content performance and help improve digital reach and sales
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or other editing software to create polished, professional content
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong on-camera presence – confident speaking and hosting on video
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creativity and passion for gifting aesthetics, product styling, and presentation
- Photography and video editing skills (for social media)
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom or similar tools
- Good command of English and Swahili (for captions and voiceovers)
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Atleast 3 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, influencer marketing, or branding
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
