Gleam and Glisten is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across various social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) on social platforms
- Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Create campaigns to promote services such as residential cleaning, office cleaning, and fumigation
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Run paid ads and track results
- Monitor trends and competitor activity
- Prepare monthly performance reports
Qualifications:
- SEO understanding (optional but beneficial)
