Our client in the NGO sector is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the organization's digital presence. The role involves developing and executing effective social media strategies aligned with business goals and working closely with the CEO to ensure consistent brand communication and active audience engagement.

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok)
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally
• Support marketing and business growth campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and advise management accordingly
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO

• Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is an added advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 2-4 years' experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Good understanding of social media analytics and trends
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
