The Social Media Manager and Content Creator will develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, drive traffic, and generate leads for the company services on social media platforms and company website. Optimizes with SEO keywords/hashtags, tracks analytics, engages community, and collaborates with teams. Needs project management, communication, copywriting, photography, videography, and SEO skills. Automotive knowledge a plus.

 

Reporting to the CEO within the Marketing & Communications Department, this role demands a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with a strong grasp of social media platforms, content creation, and performance metrics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices. Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography (and basic video editing). Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. Understanding of local social media trends is a plus. [Mention any specific industry knowledge or interest in automotive services as a plus].
