Background

KidsCare is a Kenyan organization which was established in 2010 as an NGO, and was later changed into a Trust in 2012. The founders of KidsCare Kenya are a Dutch couple, Gerard and Lisette Geenen, and the Director Ali Mwaziro. Gerard and Lisette, since KidsCare’s establishment, have continuously supported the organization from their own foundation in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support community engagement initiatives
• Conduct case management and follow-up
• Collaborate with stakeholders and community partners
• Support programme implementation and child protection activities
• Contribute to strengthening families and improving child well-being

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in community engagement and case management
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
• Experience implementing community or child protection programmes
• Passion for creating lasting impact for vulnerable children and families
