Job Purpose

Our client builds software that powers microfinance and lending systems for Saccos, banks, and lending institutions. We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer for them who can hit the ground running and help deliver exceptional solutions for their expanding client base.

Are you a passionate developer with fintech experience ready to take on meaningful work? An exciting opportunity awaits you with our client!

What you’ll work with:

• .NET & SQL Server
• Angular & React
• Node.js & PostgreSQL

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Fintech or Microfinance environment
• Hands-on experience with our tech stack
• Experience in mobile application development and API integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend & frontend applications
• Build and optimize database systems (SQL Server & PostgreSQL)
• Develop and maintain mobile applications
• Integrate third-party services and payment gateways
• Collaborate with product, support, and business teams
