<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Install solar systems, panels, and accessories in compliance with safety standards</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform DC/AC wiring, RCD, grounding, and site assessments</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Diagnose and repair faults in batteries, inverters, and Wi-Fi routers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Train customers on safe and effective use of systems</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Record and submit installation/fault reports accurately</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support shop demonstrations and community activations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide feedback to the product team on technical issues</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Valid EPRA T1 or T2 Solar Technician license (or proof of eligibility)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Solar, or related technical field</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1–3 years’ hands-on experience in solar/electrical installation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of DC/AC wiring, tools, and safety compliance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good communication skills for customer interaction and training</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel frequently and relocate to rural towns if required</span></li>
