About the Role

As a Solution Consulting Implementation Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of our products and services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and oversee their successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the implementation of complex solutions for clients, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams and clients.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure successful handover to support teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a software implementation or consulting role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Experience with data analysis, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
