Sourcing Supervisor (Brokers)

  • This role is critical in strengthening broker relationships, ensuring consistent coconut quality, achieving sourcing targets, and maintaining cost efficiency across the supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with the Agriculture Services Manager to implement sourcing procedures, controls, and performance tracking aligned with operational and quality standards.

Key focus areas include:

  • Supervising and coordinating brokers to ensure maturity, seasoning, accurate grading, and fair pricing
  • Monitoring daily sourcing activities against quality standards and targets
  • Training brokers and maintaining strong, sustainable working relationships
  • Managing sourcing documentation, reporting, and KPI-aligned insights
  • Collaborating with logistics teams to optimize collection plans and control costs
  • Leveraging data and market insights to support informed sourcing decisions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness or Procurement related to the duties and responsibilities of this position. 
  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Assistant or Procurement Assistant for 2 years. 
  • Has a valid license for a motorbike. 
  • Intermediate (practical) knowledge of computer applications - Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft
  • Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience using a mobile-based data collection
  • application will be an added advantage. 
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment. 
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong skills in working with figures - collecting, analyzing and interpreting data 
  • Good time-management skills, great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
