Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the sourcing team, ensuring quality, productivity, and service level targets are met.
• Assign and monitor daily and weekly sourcing goals for individual team members.
• Ensure sourcing strategies effectively support high-volume and priority hiring initiatives.
• Analyze sourcing performance metrics, including conversion rates, candidate volume, time-to-submission, and pipeline health.
• Coach and develop team members in Boolean search, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and ATS/CRM best practices.
• Serve as the primary escalation point between the sourcing team and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Ensure adherence to sourcing SLAs and recruitment best practices.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and sourcing quality.

Requirements

• Experience leading a sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales team.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Experience tracking and improving team performance through metrics and data.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
