Qualifications and Experience

Specific qualifications and experience will vary by role. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Managing and training kitchen staff.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Supporting the chefs and kitchen team as needed.
