Responsibilities or duties

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience and client satisfaction
• Manage bookings, inventory, and overall spa performance
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications or requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology
• Strong technical skills in spa services (e.g., facials, hairdressing massage, skincare)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in and manage a team effectively

Experience needed

• 2–3 years’ experience working in a spa environment
• Experience or knowledge in barbering services is an added advantage
