The successful candidate will ensure sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic development aligned with the mission and values of the Diocese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of diocesan projects and programs.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for diocesan institutions to ensure sustainability and growth.
  • Prepare project proposals, budgets, and progress reports for the Diocesan Board and stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial management, resource mobilization, and accountability in all projects.
  • Supervise and mentor project and institutional staff, fostering teamwork and innovation.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with donors, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with diocesan policies, donor requirements, and government regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multi-sectoral projects or institutions, preferably in a faith-based or non-profit environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing income-generating activities and community-based programs.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
