JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The Steward will maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and service areas while supporting chefs and other hospitality staff with kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward or cleaner is an advantage.
- Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
- Reliable, hardworking, and organized.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
