JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose: To manage and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and optimal inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
- Track and document shipments to warehouses and customers
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Process orders and manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Generate stock reports and maintain accurate records
- Implement and maintain stock control systems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Must be 24 years or older
- Diploma in Business-related course or higher
- Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Kisumu/Busia/Homabay or Bondo
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
