JOB DETAILS:

STORE KEEPER (Catering)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inventory: Receive, inspect, and store all incoming food and catering supplies .
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock levels .
• Stock Rotation: Ensure strict adherence to stock rotation procedures (FIFO) to prevent spoilage .
• Control Issues: Ensure supplies are issued only against authorized requisitions .
• Coordinate with Chefs: Liaise with kitchen staff regarding availability of supplies .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
