Store Keeper

Description

We are looking for a reliable Store Keeper to manage our storage facilities in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment.
• Issue items to authorized personnel and maintain issuance records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Organize the store for easy access and efficient space utilization.
• Prepare daily stock reports and highlight low-stock items.
• Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Assist in reconciling physical stock with records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate, diploma or equivalent; additional training in storekeeping is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Honest, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
