Quickmart is seeking customer-focused and energetic Store Associates to assist customers, maintain store presentation, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Must be KENYAN of 18 years and above. [Have National ID]
• Must be proficient with equivalent customer service and communication skills.
• Disciplined and embrace team work.
• High school diploma or certificate equivalent qualification required.
