Store Manager at Cinnabon

We're on the hunt for a Store Manager who's as sweet as our signature rolls and knows how to serve up smiles daily! If you've got retail rhythm, team spirit, and a love for creating delicious experiences-we want you on our squad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and quality at the Cinnabon store. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff (baristas, bakers, support).
• Uphold hygiene, operational excellence, and Cinnabon brand/health standards. Drive sales and analyze performance metrics to improve product offerings.
• Manage inventory: perform stock counts and coordinate with suppliers.
• Enforce cost controls (labor, wastage, and stock).
• Execute store-level marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing team. Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, staffing, and operations.
• Promote a positive work environment that values teamwork and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing high-traffic QSR, café, or bakery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.
• Proficient in POS, inventory management, and basic financial reporting. Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
