Our client, a growing men's fashion retail brand, is hiring an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee multiple store locations, manage teams, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in retail/store operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in customer service, sales performance, and staff supervision
- Ability to handle conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement
- Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, mature, and well-groomed personality
- Honest, proactive, and results-driven
