Job Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring proper stock control and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.
  • Maintain stock records and inventory systems.
  • Issue supplies according to approved requisitions.
  • Conduct routine stock counts.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Ensure proper storage of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Prevent stock losses and damages.
  • Prepare inventory reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
