Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our central supply warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, inventorying, and issuing maintenance gear, hospitality stocks, and food ingredients to ensure fluid daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise, verify quantities against purchase orders, and check for damage.
- Organize and house items logically within the store to maintain accessibility and cleanliness.
- Issue tools, uniforms, and culinary items to authorized staff members, recording movements accurately.
- Perform regular stock audits to track inventory levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to submit low-stock alerts and requisition requests.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Skills: Systematic organization, proficiency in MS Excel or digital inventory logs, and accurate record-keeping.
- Attributes: Strong integrity, highly responsible, analytical, and cooperative.
- Availability: Must be available to work schedules aligned with park operational cycles, including weekends.
