The M-PESA Foundation Academy is a state of the art, co-educational and residential High school offering the Kenyan National Curriculum. Driven by leadership, entrepreneurship, technology and innovation, the Academy serves talented but economically disadvantaged students with demonstrated leadership potential.

Responsibilities or duties

Receive, inspect, and shelve supplies; report discrepancies.

Apply FIFO principles, label, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Issue materials only against authorised requisitions.

Post Goods Received Notes in Sage X3; maintain accurate records.

Participate in stock takes (regular, annual, quarterly for sports items and library).

Forward invoices to finance and support audit queries.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Stores/inventory management, procurement or an equivalent field.

ERP Exposure: Hands-on experience with inventory software; Sage X3 is a strong plus.

Competencies: Communication, integrity, problem-solving, teamwork, organisational planning, and ability to work independently.

Experience needed

Minimum 2 years in stores/inventory management.
