JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

• Teach the principles of strategic management including strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.
• Supervise students in strategic analysis, competitive strategy development, and business case studies.
• Conduct research on corporate strategy, innovation, business models, and strategic leadership.
• Train students in strategic tools such as SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, and balanced scorecard.
• Develop teaching materials on managing change, strategic risk, and crisis management.
• Guide students in understanding the role of organizational culture and governance in strategy execution.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

REQUIREMENTS: PARTTIME LECTURER

i. Applicants should hold a PhD or a master's degree qualification in a relevant field from a recognized academic institution; and possess vast teaching or industry experience at undergraduate/postgraduate levels.

ii. Applicants must have served as a Lecturer or equivalent industry experience in a university or institution recognized by the Senate of JOOUST.

iii. Demonstrate potential for university teaching and/or research;

iv. At least two (2) years teaching experience in a university.

v. Master's holders registered for PhD may be considered

vi. Be registered with the relevant professional body as required by the field of specialization.

Experience needed

At least two (2) years teaching experience in a university.
