Strategic Management Part-time Lectures
- Implement Strategy Execution: Instruct on how to translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and align them with operational processes.
- Manage Strategic Change: Train students on how to communicate and implement transformative change, managing resistance from employees.
- Develop Sustainable Competitive Advantage: Guide students in identifying and exploiting unique assets or capabilities that are difficult for competitors to replicate.
- Balance Stakeholder Interests: Teach students how to manage the competing demands of shareholders, customers, employees, and society in strategic choices.
- Evaluate Strategic Options: Instruct on decision-making frameworks (e.g., Decision Trees, Game Theory) for choosing between complex strategic paths.
- Utilize Balanced Scorecards: Guide students in creating non-financial strategic metrics (learning, internal processes, customers) to complement financial goals.
