The Institute of Software Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Salary:

Ksh 40,000 per month plus an attractive performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and enroll prospective students into our vocational and technical training programmes.
  • Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective students.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
  • Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho is an added advantage.
