Reporting to the Senior Manager ICT, the selected candidate will be responsible for;
- Assisting in manning the organization’s IT Help Desk and responding to user requests for technical assistance;
- Supporting the installation and configuration of computers, network equipment, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other related hardware;
- Providing support in user account management, including assisting with user creation and access setup across various systems; and
- Assisting in troubleshooting computer system issues, including hardware, network, and peripheral equipment problems, and supporting repairs and corrective actions where required.
Minimum Qualifications
- A continuing student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or a Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or any other relevant degree.
