The supervisor will oversee cleaning teams at various client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining effective communication between management and field staff.

Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all assigned areas meet set hygiene standards. Assign daily duties and monitor attendance of cleaning personnel. Ensure proper use and care of cleaning materials and equipment. Conduct routine inspections and submit daily/weekly reports. Train and motivate staff to achieve operational efficiency. Handle minor client complaints and escalate serious issues to management. Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines. Support recruitment and deployment of new cleaning staff when needed.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be male (as per client requirement). Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
KCSE Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (added advantage). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in the cleaning or facilities industry.
