Workforce HR Consultants is recruiting for restaurant positions in Gigiri,Karen, Westlands & Kilimani.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to oversee daily operations, lead service teams, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and support management initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
