JOB DETAILS:

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT II – CASB 10 (JOB GROUP J)

• Basic Salary Kshs. - 33,900
• House Allowance - 7,500
• Commuter Allowance - 4,000
• Leave Allowance - 4,000 (Payable once in a Year)
• Mortgage & Car Loan - As per SRC guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing stores requisitions;
• Updating the stores/stocks cards;
• Checking the stationery issues against requisition made;
• Ensuring goods delivered by suppliers are of the right/required quality and quantity;
• Delivering stores to other departments/divisions; and
• Preparing payment vouchers for suppliers; and distributing quotations requests.

Requirements for Appointment

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Procurement and Supplies Management, Business Administration, Logistics or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; and
• Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognised institution.

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: associate degree
