Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize the entire flow of goods and services, from raw materials to final delivery to customers. Inventory Control: Manage and monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and ensure stock is optimized to meet demand without overstocking. Procurement and Vendor Management: Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to secure materials and favorable terms. Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage transportation, shipping, and warehousing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory and production plans to meet changing market patterns. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or other issues that could impact operations.
