Support Staff — Laundry & Cooks

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting hospital operations through laundry, cleaning-related support, food preparation, and other assigned non-clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, iron, and properly store hospital linen and clothing.
• Handle laundry according to infection-prevention and hygiene requirements.
• Sort and manage linen appropriately.
• Prepare meals and beverages according to assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in laundry and kitchen areas.
• Properly handle and store food and laundry supplies.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Perform other general support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in laundry, housekeeping, cooking, catering, or hospital support services.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina.
• Reliability, discipline, and teamwork.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
