JOB DETAILS:
Legal Basis:
Established under the Water Act 2016 via Gazette Notice No. 28 dated 26th April, 2019.
Mandate:
To carry out water and sanitation works in Vihiga, Kakamega, Nandi, Bungoma, Turkana-Nandi and Busia counties.
Recruitment Context:
Purpose:
To recruit candidates for deployment to specific water and sanitation project sites to ensure effective project implementation.
Project Sites & Duration:
Mosongo / Kibugu/Suseria Water Projects in Tana-Nokia County.
Bungoma Cluster Projects (Luayo-Itsasike, KDCA-Chwale & Namingine Dam Water Projects) in Bungoma County.
Kabiet – Kabioi Water Project in Nandi County.
Akipe Dam Water Project in Busia County.
Projects to be implemented within 1-2 years.
Employment Note:
Initial contract for project period, with possibility of conversion to the Agency's permanent terms upon satisfactory performance.
