Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid from a recognized institution.

Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues

Experience needed

Minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in pool or aquatic safety.

Membership in a recognized professional body for lifeguards or aquatic safety.
