Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our restaurant’s IT infrastructure. You will ensure maximum uptime for our front-of-house ordering systems, providing immediate technical support to keep operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, update, and troubleshoot the restaurant’s Point of Sale (POS) terminals.
  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and user permissions of our central operating system, ensuring smooth integration across various modules (including Accounts, Procurement, Inventory, and HR).
  • Maintain secure and stable network connections across front-of-house (guest Wi-Fi) and back-of house networks; manage firewalls, routers, and switch configurations.
  • Monitor daily system data backups and manage employee user accounts, access privileges, and system passwords to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Install and troubleshoot physical hardware (receipt printers, CCTV cameras, back-office computers) and provide rapid support for technical emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Vast knowledge in networking protocols and network hardware.
