Telesales agents contact potential and existing customers by phone to generate leads, promote products, process sales, and build relationships, requiring skills in communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and CRM software proficiency. 

Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs. Sales Transactions: Process sales, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, develop solid relationships with customers, and manage their accounts to encourage repeat business and satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively inform customers and make suitable recommendations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and transactions in CRM systems. Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and objections professionally to overcome resistance and close sales. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas. Market Research: Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
