Role Overview & Scope
The Hampshire School is looking for a qualified, passionate, and registered teacher to deliver quality instruction across primary subjects, including Mathematics, Kiswahili, and Integrated Science under the CBC/CBE curriculum framework.
Key Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver lessons in Mathematics, Kiswahili, Integrated Science, and at least two (2) other subjects.
- Practical Instruction: Conduct science practicals and oversee laboratory learning activities.
- Co-Curricular Support: Train and mentor students in music, drama, and sports activities.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Active registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Education: P1 Certificate with a Diploma upgrade in CBC/CBE.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of continuous teaching experience.
- Key Skills: Computer literacy, strong communication skills, and ability to conduct science practicals.
- Preferences & Extras: Capability to handle laboratory practicals is preferred (preferably male as noted by employer); training skills in music, drama, or sports are an added advantage.
