The World Bank is financing the establishment and implementation of an East African Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration project (EASTRIP) under project ID p163399 which initially involves three east african countries along the northern transport corridor including Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania
Thee Project development objectives are to increase the access and improve the quality of TVET programs aand to support regional integration and regional economic corridors
The Project will be financed through a combination of national and regional IDA grant totaling approximately US$293 million and will be implemented in the next five years or so
Inorder to fulltil its current mandate and planned activities, IUCEA as the RFU for EASTRIP project wishes to use part of the grant proceeds to recruit project staff ie TVET Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Communications Officer
Position Title: TVET Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Grade: p3 (EAC Job Grade)
Direct Supervision: Project Coordinator
Duration Approximately Five years but based on project Duration
