JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose
Contribute towards the achievement of the Africa Middle East (AME) Talent CoE strategy through leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) agenda. Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and other key business stakeholders to come up with resourcing solutions, lead the execution of Employer Branding initiatives and oversee delivering best in class resourcing and talent partnering experience to the business leads, employees, and external candidates.

Accountabilities
• Driving forecasting and demand planning discussions in partnership with HR Business Partners
• Driving the deployment of end-to-end AME Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Partnering with the business for external talent and skills requirements
• Building a solid understanding of the local Talent market and the business
• Guiding Hiring Managers on the most suitable resourcing solution for their needs
• Leading proactive talent mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per the business needs
• Fully utilizing the digital sourcing/recruitment tools
• Accountable for the Employer Branding (EB) execution and activations, in alignment with the EB strategy
• Managing graduate trainee hiring process (including the assessment centers) in line with graduate trainee recruitment guidelines
• Ensuring that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied across the business by taking into consideration local requirements (i.e. driven by Labour Law)
• Continuously engaging with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners, HR Directors) for feedback and improvements in execution of AME Talent Acquisition agenda
• Training / equipping managers with required interviewing / assessment skills
• Maintaining a record/dashboard of the TA process including vacancy updates, candidate summaries and key TA metrics

The candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any other business-related course
• 2- 3 years’ relevant experience in recruitment and/or HR Business Partnering
• Experience operating in a multi-country/ matrix structure and a complex environment
• Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
• Sound knowledge of talent market
• Collaborative team player
• Genuine interest in new technologies & tools, and tech savvy
• Passion for Talent Acquisition and Talent Partnering
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, strong partnering and communication skills
