Responsibilities

• Update and enter data into the EATTA Oklo auction platform.
• Prepare sale offers and auction weight notes weekly for brokers.
• Deliver weekly samples to brokers.
• Update auction delivery orders and confirm sales.
• Handle tea sampling and delivery to brokers.
• Manage weekly auction reprints and weight notes.
• Receive and deliver teas for auction/private sales.
• Prepare weekly customer committed and non‑committed stock reports.
• Process auction sale confirmations.
• Conduct physical stock taking as directed.
• Prepare daily stock movement reports.
• Compile monthly stock reports as per client requests.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy warehouse.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
