POSITION: TEAM LEADER - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SALES
COMPANY: REAL HOMES REALTY LTD
DEPARTMENT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
JOB PURPOSE
The Team Leader - Property Management Sales is responsible for driving the growth of the company's Property Management portfolio by leading, recruiting, and mentoring the sales team, ensuring successful property onboarding, and supporting rent collection targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Property Management portfolio.
- Drive the acquisition of new property management contracts and support the team in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the onboarding and handover of newly acquired properties, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Work closely with the Property Management team to support rent collection targets and resolve performance gaps.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
- Achieve monthly portfolio growth targets.
- Onboard a minimum of **10 new property management clients** per month.
- Maintain an active, high-performing sales team.
- Achieve and sustain a **98% rent collection rate** across managed properties.
- Increase monthly rent roll, management fee revenue, and client retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a Related Field.
- Minimum of **3 Years’ Experience** in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Property Management.
- Proven Leadership Experience with a Successful Track Record in Managing and Developing Sales Teams.

- Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management Abilities.
- Strategic Thinking with Strong Business Development Skills.
