ABOUT THE DATA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Dalberg Data Insights is looking for three Data Fellows who can join the team. As a Data Fellow, you will become an active member of a team that is working on an ongoing project and learn first-hand what it takes to build impactful data solutions. You will rotate between different project management roles, gaining a unique perspective on how different functions contribute to the success of a project, thereby receiving a unique overview of how different functions operate within a successful project. The Data Fellowship program will help you to discover your strengths and use them to grow into the job that fits you best. As entrepreneurship and creativity is highly valued at DDI, we also encourage Data Fellows to drive their own initiatives related to data for development.

Employee Value Proposition:

The Data Fellowship program is designed to help you:

  • Develop the skills and capacity to perform effectively in a data consulting role.
  • Understand the responsibilities and requirements of working at Dalberg Data Insights.
  • Discover your strengths and areas for growth as you explore different functions within data consulting.

What Success Looks Like:

While full-time employment is not guaranteed following the 6-month fellowship, we aim to offer permanent positions to fellows who excel in the program. In addition to demonstrating technical and professional growth, we assess synergy with the current team, alignment with firm culture and values, and fit within a GWC framework:

  • Get it: Understand the responsibilities and requirements of the role based on clearly defined expectations
  • Want it: Genuinely want to perform and excel in the role.
